Texas-style brisket and Carolina-style pork...with a little chicken also! The Day family began formulating their special family BBQ recipe while living in North Carolina in 2010. They have a philosophy of providing fresh food - not reheated. All of their sides are homemade (down to the great Mayo used in a couple of the recipes), and they bake their bread fresh daily.
Hours of operation: Tuesday-Saturday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. (or until we sell out of meat) and Sunday, noon to 6 p.m.
