OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Limited to Virginia residents only. Void outside the United States and where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This giveaway starts on or about Saturday, May 18, 2008, and ends Friday, May 30, 2008. All entries must be received no later than midnight (12:00 a.m.) eastern time on Friday, May 30, 2008, in accordance with the entry rules listed below. The Suffolk Restaurant Week Indulge Yourself Giveaway is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, U.S.A. Limit one entry per day per person/household. No individual may enter under more than one name, address or email address. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

PROMOTION DETAILS: The Suffolk Division of Tourism will randomly select one (1) entry from the eligible entries received on May 31, 2008, with notification made to the winner the same day via telephone and/or email. Subject to compliance with the terms of these official rules (including execution of certain affidavits and releases as described below), the winning contestant will receive a Suffolk Restaurant Week "Indulge Yourself Giveaway" package for two that includes: one (1) night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn - Suffolk; two (2) tickets to a performance at the Suffolk Center for Cultural Arts and a $100 gift certificate for dinner at River Stone Chophouse. The winning contestant shall be notified and required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a release of publicity/liability or an alternate contestant may be selected by a second random drawing. Except for the specific prizes listed herein, the winning contestant shall be responsible for any and all other costs associated with participating in this promotion, including all travel, food, and lodging expenses associated with such participation. The City of Suffolk or any other entity participating in this promotion will not be responsible for any travel, food or lodging expenses for the winning participant beyond the prize package as a part of this promotion or otherwise.

PRIZE: If selected as the winner of the Suffolk Restaurant "Indulge Yourself Giveaway" promotion, you will win a package for two that includes: one (1) night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn - Suffolk, two (2) tickets to a performance at the Suffolk Center for Cultural Arts and a $100 gift certificate for dinner at River Stone Chophouse. Approximate Retail Value of the Prize is $400. Prize package is valid between June 1, 2008, and December 31, 2008.

GENERAL EVENT RULES: The City of Suffolk shall have the right and authority to use winner's name, image, likeness, and videotape footage in any promotional, publicity, or other public relations events as it deems appropriate, and winner shall not contest such use by the City of Suffolk. The winner must be available and participate in public relations events as reasonably requested by the City of Suffolk before, during and after prize redemption.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By participating in the giveaway you accept and agree to these official rules, which are final and legally binding. Recipient is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes on all prizes. By entering this promotion, you (and/or your designee in the case of physical limitations) hereby release the City of Suffolk, the Hilton Garden Inn - Suffolk, the Suffolk Center for Cultural Arts and River Stone Chophouse and each of their respective parents, affiliates, and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotions agencies, and all of their respective employees, officers, shareholders, directors and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from (i) any and all liability, loss, harm, damage, cost or expense, including all reasonable counsel fees and court costs incurred, property damage, personal injury and/or death; (ii) anything related to the production, promotion or execution of this promotion (or your participation therein), including preemption, cancellation or rescheduling of any event or performance; (iii) that which may occur in connection with acceptance and/or use of the prize or while participating in or traveling to any promotion-related activity. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Released Parties and their designees to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade in any medium, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entrants are disqualified at any time for failure to comply with the terms of these rules or the instructions by the City of Suffolk.

The Released Parties and each of their agencies and partners are not responsible for any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections or availability, or garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/website use/net accessibility, availability or traffic congestions, or any technical error, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of giveaway entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information. The Released Parties and each of their agencies and partners are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the websites related to the promotion. The Released Parties reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion or any website related to the promotion, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such methods, and disqualify any participant using such methods. The Released Parties and each of their agencies and partners are not responsible for injury or damage to participants or to any other persons computer related to or resulting from participating in this promotion or downloading materials from or use of any website related to the promotion. If, for any reason, the promotion is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which the City of Suffolk in its sole opinion deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the City of Suffolk reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

ELIGIBILITY: Participants must be legal residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia and must be 18 years of age or older. Employees of the Released Parties or other individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of promotion materials and persons who are immediate family (parents, children, siblings, stepparents, stepchildren, stepsiblings and spouse) or who reside in the same household as persons in the preceding categories are not eligible to enter or win.
